Global Impact Foundation was founded in 2020 after a successful pilot project in Zambia. We offered our programme to 10 young people aged 18-35 who’d spent most of their lives in orphanages and transformed their thinking and beliefs so they became empowered to pursue their dreams. Our students put their minds to work to reach for and achieve goals they once thought beyond their reach.

Q: What impact did the IMPACT Mindset Programme have for you?
Q: What impact did the IMPACT Mindset Programme have for you?
A: I used to have negative thoughts around doing things. ‘It will be too hard’ or ‘I can’t do it.’ Through this programme I learned to say ‘The power is in me,’ and I used that power to achieve my goals.

After the programme, Rebecca leveraged the power of her transformed mindset and her entrepreneurial skills to start her own beautician business working 1-on-1 with twelve clients. She used her earnings to fund herself through university and is now a qualified, registered nurse saving lives in Zambia

Global Impact Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation in the UK and a 501c Charity in the US, providing mindset training to young people from Africa, the diaspora, and disadvantaged backgrounds who are keen to transform their approach to challenges and opportunities.
Our programme focuses on bridging the gap between learning and application. During the programme, students will uncover their limiting beliefs, develop new habits, and apply their transformed way of thinking to real-life scenarios for immediate, life-changing IMPACT.
Global Impact Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation in the UK and a 501c Charity in the US, providing mindset training to young people from Africa, the diaspora, and disadvantaged backgrounds who are keen to transform their approach to challenges and opportunities.

After completing the programme, students have access to our alumni network where they can form global connections with like-minded people. Our students also have life-time access to all programme learning materials, allowing for unlimited self-development.

Mindset is central to our mission. We believe that success is 95% mindset and 5% strategy; meaning that while it does pay to be prepared, success can’t happen without the mindset to act. Global Impact Foundation’s objective is to transform the mindsets of young people (primarily individuals in Africa, but not exclusive) through programmes that equip them with the tools needed for continuous self-development and up-leveling. Students are then in a better position - physically and mentally - to pursue further education, find employment, or start an enterprise. Hence, we have aligned ourselves with three of the United Nations' Goals:

Good Health & Well-Being
Transforming limiting beliefs into positive, forward-thinking mindsets leads to healthier lifestyle choices, mental fortitude, and greater resistance to illness.
Quality Education
Education enables upward socio-economic mobility and is a key to escaping poverty. Mindset training empowers young people to pursue further education. This training is especially crucial for African women and girls who are not typically expected to attend school, obtain a degree, or pursue entrepreneurship to become self-sufficient.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Sustained and inclusive economic growth drives progress, creates decent jobs, and improves living standards. Our programme enables students to believe in themselves, and to push personal and cultural boundaries so they can achieve a sustainable financial future.
To reach this goal, Global Impact Foundation partners with grassroot NGOs, businesses, and universities to create a holistic approach to capacity building. This approach considers the whole person, not just their level of employability. As a result, young people unlock inner power at all levels - physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. They start to think beyond their circumstances, to aim higher and push cultural boundaries so they can build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
